1. Introduction
Welcome to Lanxa ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our marketplace, where users can buy and sell digital products, accounts, subscriptions, and services.
By accessing or using Lanxa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use Lanxa, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- Lanxa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Marketplace Services
Lanxa acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, control, or guarantee the products listed.

Includes but is not limited to:
- Social media accounts
- Freelancing accounts
- Subscriptions and shared access
- Digital services and verifications
- Courses and toolkits
- Website templates
- VPNs and proxies
- AI tools
- Gaming accounts
5. Escrow System
- All transactions must be conducted within Lanxa.
- Payments are held in escrow and released only when the buyer confirms satisfaction.
- Disputes will be handled by Lanxa support, and our decision is final.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Trade outside the platform (bypassing escrow)
- Sell illegal, stolen, or unauthorized accounts/products
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misleading listings
- Violate third-party platform terms (e.g., social media policies)
- Use Lanxa for money laundering or illegal activities
Violation may result in account termination and fund forfeiture.
7. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate product descriptions
- Deliver products/services as promised
- Maintain communication with buyers
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
Lanxa reserves the right to remove listings or restrict sellers.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Review product details before purchasing
- Confirm delivery only after satisfactory completion
- Avoid engaging in off-platform transactions
9. Fees and Payments
- Lanxa charges service fees (e.g., listing fee, transaction fee)
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods
- Users are responsible for applicable taxes
10. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds are only processed through the dispute system
- Buyers must raise disputes within a specified timeframe
- Lanxa's decision in disputes is final and binding
11. Intellectual Property
- All platform content (logos, branding, software) belongs to Lanxa.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Lanxa is not liable for:
- Losses from user transactions
- Third-party platform actions (e.g., account bans)
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
- Remove listings or restrict access
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
